TomTom XXL 550

Very similar to the TomTom XL350 we talked about moments ago TomTom also announced TomTom XXL 550. Almost all specs are identical except of course the screen size. XXL 550 moves you from a 4.3″ to a 5″ screen.

Naming convention also stays the same. You’ve got XXL 550M and XXL 550TM for free map updates, and XXL 550 T, XXL 550 TM gets Lifetime Traffic Updates.

How much for a bigger screen? TomTom XXL 550 will cost $200 and the one time maps, and traffic subscription will cost $30.

    Good news. TomTom XXL 550, as I know, will have a largest screen among GPS navigators in price category category up to 200$.
