Cydle T43 GPS navigation systems
Jan 13, 2009 CES 2009, gps navigation

Cydle was a brand new name for us in the GPS navigation system market at CES 2009.
Their new model (and only) T43 features a 4.3″ touchscreen and the latest version Cydle 3D Map and Cydle XE Map. It can get traffic updates from TMC HD radio which they claim is 10 times faster than getting the data with traditional RDS TMC. While you’re at HD radio channels you can tune into other HD radio channels which should provide you with digital sound quality. It also can pair up with your bluetooth enabled phone so you can take and make calls from using the touchscreen interface of your GPS navigation system.
We’re not sure how soon you’ll see Cydle T43 at your local Best Buy shelves. If you do see it though, please let us know as well.

T43H – the first GPS with built-in HD Radio receiver & free HD Live Traffic update is officially available to retail market in the US for the 2009 Christmas shopping season.
There are now 3024 HD channels in the US from over 1900 stations and more are coming. HD broadcast is free. So you can take T43H along as a HD Radio and MP4 video player as well.
T43H has an MSRP of $329.99, less than FM-only models from bigger names. You also don’t pay a dime for HD Live Traffic update, too. Great technology can be affordable. You may not see it at Best Buy just yet, but check out popular on-line retailers soon.
