CoPilot Live works on iPhone
Jan 9, 2009 CES 2009, gps navigation, software

CoPilot Live from Alk also (just like for T-Mobile G1) works quite well on iPhone 3G. We asked them if Apple would let them put this navigation software in iTunes App store and they didn’t have much info when that would happen. As you know Apple still does not allow for any GPS navigation application with directions.
Come on Apple, let people sell their software for the iPhone. You’re still getting a huge 30% cut anyways.

“We asked them if Apple would let them put this navigation software in iTunes App store and they didn’t have much info when that would happen.” [...]

They should just release it to us all on Cydia or would they get sued by Apple?
If companies started doing that Apple might relax their rules…. maybe lol.
