GlobalSat TR-151 Vehicle/Asset Tracking

Published on November 17th, 2008 in gps navigation, tracking

If you’ve ever been concerned about losing a precious asset such a truck, car, or boat, then I’d highly recommend the GlobalSat TR-151. This unit is equipped with a highly sensitive GPS/GSM/GPRS tracking system that can send longitude and latitude coordinates of your vehicle’s location directly to your cell phone. The TR-151 is small enough to hide in just about any crevice or empty space in your vehicle and has an extremely durable, waterproof outer shell.

Its Li-ion battery holds a steady charge for long periods of time while powering other features such as motion detection and live sound monitoring as well. While using the TR-151, some consumers have found it is extremely important to have the latest firmware loaded onto the tracker. Without keeping the unit up-to-date on a regular basis, it may perform less than adequately. However, these updates are very easily accessible through GlobalSat’s website. With theft and crime rates on the rise, it is imperative to combat this problem and protect your hard earned assets with TR-151 tracking device.
