ndrive S400

After NDrive S300, Portugese GPS navigation device maker just revealed NDrive S400; a Windows Mobile handset with an integrated GPS receiver as well as navigation software to go with it. Apparently it is one of those dual processor gadgets…

Here are the specs we could find:

  • Marvell PXA310 Processor at 624Mhz and Qualcomm 6280
  • 256 of ROM and 128 of RAM
  • Quad-band GSM/UMTS/HSDPA 7.2MBps
  • 2.8″ display
  • 3MP camera with auto focus and front VGA camera
  • GPS: A-GPS
  • Bluetooth 2.0 and Wi-Fi
  • MicroSDHC slot
  • Battery of 1500mAh
  • video out port
  • Accelerometer
  • FM Radio with RDS
