motionX GPS lite

We just mentioned a GPS receiver for the older iPhone. Well if you have a new one iPhone 3G you don’t need any of that extra hardware and will probably appreciate this new application called motionX GPS lite.
It has a decent set of features too:
- Stopwatch: track elapsed time, speed, distance traveled, average pace.
- Navigation: view current speed and ETA, visualize bearings with a virtual compass.
- Maps: visualize in real time the path you travel on a scalable grid with (lat,long) coordinates and waypoints.
- Waypoints: personal list of waypoints such as biking and hiking trails, favorite places, geocaching sites or other points of interest.
- GPS Status: current position, GPS signal strength, last valid satellite fix.

This is a great app. The description of the Lite doesn’t differ on th Apple store from the full version. The lite version is great.
