Samsung today unveiled the full touch 8MP camera phone Samsung Pixon. Samsung Pixon will available in October first in France and most of European countries and Asian countries soon after. But if you want to know more about the device before it hits the shelves in your area you’re going to have to make do with their mini site thephotographicadventuresofnickturpin.

Samsung Pixon boasts a 13.8mm slim design as well as many other great features associated with its high resolution camera such as 16x digital zoom, auto-focus, fast-shutter, face detection and geo-tagging. So there’s geo-tagging but seems like an embedded GPS receiver was not listed in the specs sheet which is a little surprising.
