Suunto X10 giveaway
Published on September 26th, 2008 in gps navigation, wrist watch

People at Suunto were nice enough let us giveaway the Suunto X10 we reviewed couple of weeks ago.
Suunto has many features including navigation, altimeter, barometer, weather alarm, digital compass, ability to track, export, import routes and waypoints, speedometer, and of course a watch. However you have to see their X10 site to get a better idea of this GPS watch’s features.
Suunto X10 is worth just over $500 and it is for sale on a few retailers including Amazon.
To participate you need to subscribe to our feed and leave a comment below with an email address we can reach you at.
We will ship this out to a U.S. address only. Sorry rest of the world. Also duplicate entries, emails, IP addresses will be disqualified.
We’ll close this article for comments a week from today and after that we’ll announce the winner.

Good looking watch!
Contest entry
i winz?
At least you’re not making people try to explain what creative use they would put this device to, and how they fry people’s brains or whatever.
Cool!
Thanks!
i would like to win
Thanks for the opportunity to win such a cool watch.
I always enjoy free things, and I enjoy GPS. It’s like the best of both worlds!
In 4 one, this thing looks hot! If anyone’s into diving, Suunto makes killer dive computers, too; I love my Stinger.
Very cool watch. Hope to win.
Great watch, hoping to get lucky in the give away.

Saw the original review and have been wanting to get it. I hope to be the lucky one!
Looks like the perfect gift four our anniversary…would love to hand him a watch that he’d question where I got it from :)
Please count me in!!!
If I win, I will wear this great looking watch everyday
Would love to win this - fingers crossed!
Exciting! the kind of gadget you MUST have but can never justify buying or find a way to hide $500 vanishing from the family account!!
I always felt my right arm is heavier then the left. This could be the ideal counterweight. Thanks!
This watch would be awesome to geotag the photos I take daily. It would be more convenient than carrying a heavy PND everywhere, that’s for sure.
This could be the last push to start running again….
It could really help me at work - I work with kids…
Thanks for giving a chance to win good watch.
Regards
iMike
I’d love to play around with one of these.
Nice gadget …. :-) I love it!!!
My Suunto has taken a beating over the last 6 years, but it has never quit. Thanks for this opportunity.
This looks great. Love it.
that would look oh so pretty on my wrist!
Sign me up, I’d love to give it a try.
Thanks
Dan
I have been wanting a Suunto for quite some time. My fixation on navigation would be satiated by this model, I’m sure. :D I can’t wait… :D
I was looking at the X9m, but this would be so much better…
I NEED this watch!
Subscribed via Bloglines for a while now.
This is a great giveaway! I Would love to win this watch for my new fitness routine.
This watch looks pretty sweet. Would love to see it in person.
Feed Problem Solved. (Did not work with Google Chrome browser, but works with IE— a lot of things don’t work with Google Chrome…)
I could really get where I’m going with this watch! Thanks for the chance to win! Wheeeeeee!
I am a huge Suunto fan, I have used a Vector that I purchased overseas for over 7 years now and my only complaint is finding a battery can be hard at times. I have really wanted to get the x9i but thought that it was a little on the “ugly” side with the two tone face, however, obviously they fixed that with the x10. I would absolutely love to have one and would use it on a regular basis in the most extreme conditions. I am in the Navy and my next deployment would give me the perfect opportunity to test it in conditions that are not available to everyone. I can wait to either get one myself or hear the results of whom ever is the lucky person. Thanks Navigadget!
Suunto is the best outdor and sport tech equipment i ever have, hope i win.
Love your site!

Your article on the X10 had already peaked my interest. Still waiting to hear more on some of the points raised and questions though :)
But, maybe Christmas will be early this year?
And, I could discover it all myself?
I wouldn’t mind winning the watch either. :)
Long time subscriber to the feed. Great feed by the way. I would love to win this device and put it to the test.
I am subscribed to the feed and am entering this drawing. Looks like an awesome product.
I love the feed, read it everyday. Would love to enter to win the Suunto, thanks.
Nice looking watch.
This would be the perfect gadget for my husbands back country trips. He may even find his way home!
Thanks for the opportunity!!
Thanks for the review!
awesome watch!
thanks!
This thing did wonders for my blog traffic! When I linked to the review from navigadget, most of my traffic came from Suunto X10 review.
Count me in. :-)
This would be fairly nice to use for my running I’ve been doing, would be ‘carrying’ a device that wasn’t really made for that anyway.
Nice have an old suunto no longer works
nice!
I’d love to give it a whirl :)
I want one! (and it would be really cool if it’s FREE!!)
Cool watch. Even cooler if I win it! Will help me on a few backcountry trips in NH this year!
nice sexy watch the military one more attractive
Ok something is strange. I entered a comment here and I was the 2nd comment and at the time there were only 2 entries. I checked back and my entry was gone. So I entered again and subscribed to your feed and my entry was there still as entry number 2. Then I checked last night 9/30 and it was there still only 2 entries mine being second. Then Tonight I check and my comment is gone yet again but so is the person who entered 1st. So I will try again for the third time and hope it sticks lol . My family likes to go Geocashing and since we don’t own a hand held GPS I have to borrow one from a friend when I can but since he does Geocashing too it’s hard to catch him at a time when he isn’t using it. This item is awesome and would be perfect since you where it like a watch. If you want to check out about Geocashing and why I need this wonderful item check out my blog post from about 2 months ago here

Thanks for having such a fantastic giveaway and I hope my post sticks this time around.
I also left a comment and it no longer is here :( but I did subscribe to your feed, and enjoy new gadgets, and reading reviews on them before I buy them myself. Thanks for having this giveaway, sorry if this is a duplicate entry but I came back and found my comment was no longer here…

i just got power and internet after being down for 2+ weeks, in houston, due to hurricane ike.
win watch
Would love to have this watch.
I am a Firefighter/EMT in Montana and I would love for one of these watches. We often use GPS coordinates to land Medevac helicopters and locate assets during wildland fires. To have that functionality on your wrist would be a real lifesaver.
I just graduated from high school and spend most of my time in the Rockies. I’d love to use this watch.
Would be nice!
That’s the one!
:-)
me too!
Make my boyfriend jealous!
Seems like a great product…
Awesome watch!
Me want it.
Great watch! Hope to win…
Long-time reader, first-time commenter. Thanks for the great coverage!

Looks like a great toy - fun to have the GPS on my wrist.
Fingers crossed now…
Would love one!!!
Very generous!… considering someone in your team could have kept it. Thank you for giving the opportunity to others….I
I really do need a new watch. Poor 5-year old Casio is nearly gone…
May the luck be with me!
i want one!
Hello Suunto, good bye Garmin!
Looks like an awesome watch!!! I need a new gadget and might as well make it a GPS watch! How do I win?
I’m a serious outdoors person. I hike, boat, 4×4, and dirt bike. I need a gadget that I can take easily with me to help me navigate, and I need something that tells me what’s going on with the weather (barometer). An interesting feature that I haven’t had the chance to use on any device is taking the tracks and looking at them on mapping software, such as Google Earth. This sounds like a good idea because sometimes when I go out 4×5 or on the dirt, I have no idea where I’ve been in relationship to everything else. I’d like to try it out.
