Sony Ericsson TM506 is the name of the new 3G connected, AGPS capable phone for T-Mobile. If you’ve been waiting for a 3G HSDPA handset from T-Mobile then now is your time.
This compact, clamshell design phone is expected to be available in early September for a price that is currently unknown. However we have the scoop on some features and specs. Accompanying the onboard AGPS receiver you’ll have TeleNav application for navigation but we’re guessing that will require a monthly fee.

yea, i just got the phone today and every time that i attempt to lock onto my current location the phone says that i have a weak gps signal and shows me a map of some random location (or at least random to me)….. when you initially open/ activate the telenav application you receive a text message that alerts you to an important app update… and so i installed the update all before even attempting to lock onto my location… i’m at a loss… definitely a great phone, but just that, a PHONE… nothing more
