Finally Garmin caught up with lane assist feature that was made popular with Navigon’s Reality View. One one the new models to provide this feature was announced today is nuvi 755T.

Nuvi 755T is priced at $500 and highlights of this navigation system include the lane assist feature that we just mentioned and the FM traffic information receiver.

As far as hardware 755T has a 4.3″ touch screen with 480×272 resolution, Li-Ion battery with 5 hours life and an SD card slot.

Other nice touches in these series include the FM transmitter to use your car’s speakers for audio directions, and the ‘where am i’ feature which enables drivers to look up their exact location including nearest address and intersection, and the closest hospitals, police stations and gas stations at any time.
