IFA 2008, consumer electronics show will be taking off in Berlin at the end of this week and we’ll be bringing you a lot of stories filled with GPS navigation goodness here at Navigadget. Let’s start with Cowon L3. Cowon L3 is a slim GPS navigation + DMB gadget that only measures 18.30 mm in thickness.

Cowon L3 is still considered portable even though it has a 7″ screen. When we tell you that this device has 800×480 resolution and can play T-DMB channels you’ll want to make some some room for this system in your glove compartment.

This is not all Cowon L3 can do though: It can play movies, audio files, show images and more. In addition to the touch screen you can use the shadow touch buttons on the right hand side for volume control and such. The speakers are hidden on the back of the device and the SiRF Star III GPS receiver is embedded inside… via
