MacGPS Pro recently came out with a new version of their software which lets your GPS receiver talk to your Mac. Version 8 includes iTunes-like main window, ability to import ECW-formatted map files, and finally the ability to link photos, websites or any other files to GPS waypoints.
MacGPS Pro can be downloaded for $60 and you can find a long list supported GPS receivers at their site.
