iPhone with sat nav tested somewhere in Europe

A reader wanted to share this picture of a car that had two GPS navigation systems on the windshield. One of them is an iPhone, and the other is possibly a Navigon. Both seems to be running Navigon’s navigation software. Any ideas?

    I also saw some iPhone navigation testers around Franfurt. Seems to be true that Navigon has a version running on the iPhone.
