Avermedia just showcased AverTV Volar GPS 805 which combines a digital DVB-T TV tuner and a GPS receiver chip on a USB drive. What does this mean for you? If you have enough juice in your laptop battery you can watch digitally broadcast TV channels or use it for navigation. Not only that but you can also do both navigation and digital TV at the same time thanks ot the picture-in-picture mode.

There are no signs of AverTV Volar GPS 805 hitting the U.S. shores yet but if you must have the dollar equivalent; it is $90… via
