TVUS HM960

There’s a new personal media player with GPS navigation capabilities out in Korea today from a company called Homecast.

Without the car cradle HM960 has the following features:

  • 4.3 TFT-LCD display in 16:9 format
  • T-DMB receiver
  • Plays AVI, MPG, ASF, WMV, OGM, DAT, MKV
  • DivX 3.11/4/5, XviD, MPEG4, WMV7/8/9, H.264
  • MPEG 1/2/2.5 Layer 3, WMA(Ver.9), Ogg Vorbis, AC3 files

But as soon as you place HM960 on the car cradle which houses the GPS receiver you’ll be able to get door to door navigation thanks to the Mappy GPS navigation software.

TVUS HM960 will come with NAND flash memory in either 8GB or 16GB and will cost 389,000 KRW or 419,000KRW ($378 to $406)… via
