BenQ MID which we mentioned at the beginning of the year continues to appear here and there with more details revealed. Here are some more specs:

• processor: 800 MHz Silverthorne processor, Poulsbo chipset
• RAM: 512MB
• HDD: 4GB SSD
• connectivity: HSDPA, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR

And as we mentioned already BenQ MID comes with an optional GPS which uses BenQ’s G-sensor. Some new pics:
