XRoad V4050 coming to U.S.
Published on October 26th, 2007 in gps navigation
Capoint Co is bringing a new GPS navigation system to U.S.called XRoad V4050. Just yesterday the device secured an FCC approval and is well on its way to hit the shelves here in the U.S. XRoad V4050 is actually the same as Takara GP43 which we had talked about when it came out in Europe a couple of months ago.
XRoad V4050 has a wide 4.3″ touch screen, SD card reader, SiRF Star III GPS receiver, and a multimedia player that support MP3, MPEG4 and JPG files.
We have no info on pricing, but the European version mentioned above had an MSRP of 500 €.
