new Becker Traffic Assist 7928

Becker announced an extra wide GPS navigation system at IFA 2007 in Berlin. Called Becker Traffic Assist 7928 the device has a 4.8″ touch screen - which is unusual for a sat nav system.
Inside Becker 7928 you’ll find a 400 MHz-processor and a SiRF Star III chipset which is normal. However, the new device has 128MB of RAM which is twice what other manufacturers offer. Of course a device named ‘traffic assist’ also features RDS/TMC receiver to get live traffic information and thanks to the bluetooth feature you can take calls handsfree provided you have a bluetooth enabled phone.
Becker comes with Navteq maps that cover 37 European countries - which fits on a 2 GB SD card, which also contains some 3D renderings of famous landmarks in some select countries… via
