Navigon unveiled a budget GPS navigation system at IFA 2007 in Berlin called Navigon 2110. Just like many other budget sat nav systems Navigon 2110 also comes with a 3.5″ display, but thanks to Navigon’s amazing software it doesn’t lack any quality when it comes to operating the device.

It is capable of 3D maps, text-to-speech function to pronounce street names, and even provides speed warnings when you’re over the limit.

When it comes out in the U.S. in November it’ll retail for only $250, and if you like you can add a traffic message channel for an extra $100… via
