Merian Scout Navigator

A new GPS navigation device was revealed yesterday at IFA in Berlin; the Merian Scout Navigator. Merian features a 3.7″ touch screen, TMC traffic delay warning system, maps from Navteq that cover all of Europe, and an easy swap battery that can last from 4 to 8 hours. Calling this a sat nav system could be taken as insult since Merian also claims to be a personal travel assistant that features GPS audio guides, which automatically play when you pass by any one of more than 800 places of interest in Germany… via
