The Korean 7″ sat nav we mentioned back in June (namely iRiver NV) is gaining more popularity these days.

The device features a GPS navigation system with 3D maps, DMB receiver, and a multimedia player that can handle:

• JPG, JPEG
• MP3, WMA, AC3, OGG
• AVI, WMW, MPG, MPEG
• MPEG-4(SP, ASP), XviD, WMV7/8/9, MPEG-1

Of course what makes iRiver NV so different from the rest is the 1.15″ PMOLED screen that complements the main 7″ touch screen. This little extra screen will be used when confirming operations or showing the next turn you need to take while navigating.

There’s also a 1.3MP digital camera which can also shoot short movies. More in I/O department you’ll find the dual SD card slot and the USB host very handy. Did we also mention there are two processors on board: MagicEye MMSP2 at 390MHz and Dual Core CPU at 300MHz.

Other specs include 128MB DDR RAM, 256MB NaND flash ROM, WinCE 5.0 Core operating system, an FM tuner, SiRF Star III fold-out GPS receiver, 2W stereo speakers, and a 530mAh Li-Ion battery.

The device is already for sale in Korea for equivalent of about $530.
