Sanyo NVM-4030 widescreen and bluetooth for $200
Jul 17, 2007 gps navigation

Sanyo’s NVM-4030 is a mid/high end GPS navigation system that first came out with a suggested retail price of $399. It is been about 8 months since it came out and now it is available for $200 at Fry’s or for $287 on Amazon.
Sanyo NVM-4030 has a 4-inch TFT LCD touch screen, NAVTEQ maps with over 1.4 million points of interest that fit on a 1GB SD memory card, and even bluetooth phone integration so you can take calls hands free.
You won’t be able to find a lot of systems out there at the $200 price mark if you want bluetooth. For comparison the cheapest Garmin Nuvi with bluetooth will cost you over $400.

This is a great little unit. I havent read 1 review on it but I bought one in march, I took a trip from Colorado to Florida. It worked great. I had an old Navman 510 and that thing would pick some wierd routes. This unit isnt too hard to use (it uses Navigon software) and the maps are from NAVTEQ, the Bluetooth works good and speaker is pretty loud and clear. It is good deal for the price, the screen is good and it is a 4.3 inch screen so it is nice and big.
