new Kenwood HDM-555 hooks up to your iPod
Apr 15, 2007 gps navigation

Kenwood’s HDM-555 navigation system specializes in car entertainment. HDM-555 can connect your iPod to the car entertainment system, giving you access to whatever you may have stored on your iPod whether it is music or videos. To accomplish they have designed a special Apple iPod interface. The Kenwood HDM-555 is HDD based so in addition using all that space on your iPod you can choose to store your multimedia files on the device itself… via
We also came across this new special interface cable called KNA-i77 that connects to your iPod but our Japanese was not sufficient to understand how this relates to HDM-555. Any help from our Japanese readers is appreciated.
We’re not sure how much Kenwood HDM-555 will cost but the iPod connector cable costs 10,000 Yen ($83).
