Nexus Hawk with two PCMCIA slots and GPS

Hawk Duo from Nexus iSR is a GPS enabled portable wireless access points with two PCMCIA slots to provide internet services to mobile users. It looks like the device’s main purpose is to provide internet access to multiple users away from office, in the field. Possible uses include conference rooms, rescue recovery centers, construction field offices and such.

The GPS is a neat add on for applications such as AVL, Geo-Based Dispatch and Navigation. The Hawk also is capable of providing connectivity to multiple simultaneous WAN paths with user-selectable order for failover.

The base price for Nexus Hawk Duo is $600. Integrated WiFi and GPS costs an additional $150 each.
