Mio C520t is latest and greatest from Mio. It has everything Mio C520 has to offer but it also incorporates TMC (traffic message channel information). The TMC module is integrated into the cradle:

The TMC service delivers instant traffic and travel information direct to your Mio navigation device. The information is broadcast via radio stations throughout Europe and the data integrates with Tele Atlas maps used by your Mio device. In most European countries TMC information is provided free of charge.

Other high-end feature of the new Mio C20t is the hands free calling with bluetooth wireless technology. This way you can keep your hands on the wheel if you receive a call. If the interface for managing your calls is as good as Garmin’s then this is a very neat feature to have.

The 4.3″ wide screen gives you 480 x 272 pixel resolution which is utilized very effectively by the MioMap V3.3 navigation software. The “extra” space on the right hand side of the screen is used to show:

• Your next four maneuvers
• Local Points of Interest
• Speed camera locations
• Route and timing data

The new Mio C520t uses SiRF Star III GPS receiver, a 400MHz processor, 1300mAh Li-Ion battery, built-in speaker, and 1GB SD memory card. All this for only 450€… via
