the new myguide 3300

Myguide recently announced a new model named 3300. This model comes with a 3.5″ screen and integrates a hands free bluetooth kit for driving safety. Like the other models of MyGuide, it uses a software navigation which is not any different than iGO. iGO is usually very rich in term of POI. MyGuide claims their model contains more than 2.6 million POIs.

The 3300 is delivered with a maps of 42 European countries of the East and West as well as the countries of Balkans. If you live in the U.S. you are going to have to wait for Ares Digital to make a move and bring some out here with maps of the 50 states.

  • Battery: 1100mAh Lithium-Polymer with 2.5 hours capacity
  • Dimensions : 13 x 7.6 x 3.0 cm
  • Weight : 190 G
  • MyGuide navigation software and TeleAtlas maps
  • Compatible TMC live traffic reports
  • MP3 and video player
  • Image viewer

The price of MyGuide 3300 is expected to be 400€ in Europe and about $400 in U.S. when it arrives. Yeah, we know, doesn’t make much sense. We’ll keep you updated. via
