GPS and GSM jammer
Jan 29, 2007 gps navigation, hacks, tracking

If the do-it-yourself version of the GPS jammer is above your skills you may be interested in this GPS and GSM jammer. This GPS / GSM jammer plugs into the cigarette lighter in your car and gives your paronoid self a peace of mind. It is manufactured by a company in Netherlands called DetectNu, however it is not showing in their online shop at this moment.
The device is designed to prevent a GPS logger that may be implemented in your car to collect data and send it back to the base station.
Because GSM jammers will only prevent GPS/GSM tracking devices to communicate with the base station. The GPS/GSM devices are still able to receive and buffer all GPS positions. The tracking devices will still be able to send out all the GPS positions if the car or when the GSM jammer is shut down. So they can still see where you went that day.
Only GPS jammers will prevent the GPS loggers and GPS/GSM devices to get GPS positions from the Satellites. But they still can track you by the GSM network used by the GPS/GSM devices or track you by your mobile phone.
We have a no information on pricing or availability.

Scandalous! The device is only targeted at car-thieves. My BMW 530d was stolen in France during the holiday. I got the car back within 12hours thanks to my GPS/GSM tracking device. The device when used by carthieves/-jackers makes my GPS/GSM useless. Thanks very much DetectNu!

Sure this device can be abused. But if it works as promised, it can also be a powerful weapon for individuals to protect themselves against state-sponsored crime – also the kind coming under a ‘legal’ cover (paragraphs). How often do you think the police & co use these weapons without being allowed to use them, just because they can feel safe that nobody will realize it and they get away with it.
An alternative to this device could be a receiver that protocols close-range GSM traffic of all kinds. Thereby it ought to capture the traffic generated by ‘your’ bug. And by the way, according to recent spiegel.de reports (there had been such rumours for a long time already), this bug can be your own switched-off GSM phone, because these apllicances can be remotely switched on without you realizing it. From that moment on, ‘they’ can not only follow your moves; they can also listen in through the microphone, and irrespective of phone calls.

I hope DetectNu informs their customers buying GPS/GSM tracking devices that they sell jammers as well! Perhaps they can steal the cars and then have another business selling them, just to make it a complete business.

will this device block gps tracking if your traveling with a nextel gps enabled phone in the united states?does anbody know?
April 4th, 2007 at 3:11 pm
GPS tracking devices installed in your vehicle without your knowledge are the ideal stalking devices. They are insidious. Whoever installed it knows exactly where you go. It’s like being electronically tagged. And they are VERY difficult to detect.
These jammers are just what you need, if you suspect that you’ve been bugged, or just to make sure you haven’t.

These devices will NOT affect the VHF signal from Trakker etc… here in the UK there is some use of GSM tracking although normally there are safeguards to prevent people being tracked without their consent….
for instance in the case of tracked GSM phones the standard practice is to text the phones at random intervals to indicate the phone is being tracked. This hopefully will reduce the number of law abiding people being tracked withut their consent by wives/husbands/lovers/stalkers/bosses.
The frequencies used by GPS are well known and even military GPS is vulnerable, however whether this proves to be a problem is yet to be seen…..
April 17th, 2007 at 11:41 am
I know a lot of people resent their company vehicle being tracked, however effectively it is THEIR car not yours. If you really can’t handle your boss knowing where you spent the night use your own car!!!!!

I just bought one of these super cheap and is absolutely awesome. I use it my car and my friends truck all the time and have never had any issues. Got mine from http://www.tecknogeeks.com. Probably one of the best purchases I have made this year!
January 18th, 2008 at 4:25 pm
I got a decent phone jammer from JizneyWorld.com
It’s amazing. I take it everywhere with me (fits in my jacket pocket). I never tire of seeing the puzzled look on peoples faces or hearing them shout “hello? are you there? hello? HELLO!!?” into their phone. It cracks me up
I combine it with my gps jammer ( also from jizneyworld ) when I’m in the company car so I can’t be tracked by gps or gsm. Both jammers have car chargers and the company is in the uk so no import fees or duty. The best part about it was the low prices and free shipping.
I was sceptical at first so just bought a gps jammer. I turned it on and in seconds my satnav had no signal. I was so impressed I told all my friends and colleagues about them. Now there is no more snooping boss keeping an eye on my every move. Thanks JizneyWorld :o)

I have seen several reports where these boxes have been used …
However Tracker.co.uk Use VHF and are the only co. able to do so in the UK, hense the police use Tracker …
These boxes don’t block VHF …
BMW now use Trackstar which is GSM GPS based … so go figure
February 8th, 2008 at 10:28 am
I know of trackers that have been installed with an isolating switch to turn off the trakker when in a hazardous area. Does it still receive GPS information that can be interogated at a later date when the system is switched back on? anybody know ?????

Where can I get one of these?! I am an expert witness and regularly find myself being tailed by the police. The laws here in USA allow the police to put a GPS on your car without warrant and without reason. They tail me endlessly to find out who I am talking to and where I do my testing. People who have helped me in the past have been threatened, fired, and even arrested.
I am no car thief! Where can I get one?

Just fed up with BIG BROTHER. The uk is becoming the most monitored country in the world. Although trackers are for employers to keep costs down i am fed up with the lack of trust. As long as this jams sim card type trackers I’ll have one……

rather have my car stolen than be stalked. cars can be replaced but people can’t. there are alot more stalking victims outthere. not only can devices be turned on and off remotely, they can automatically be switched on when car moves. there are other forms of tracking like sms and so forth. someone could sneak up on you without you knowing it, drug you by sticking you with a syringe take you somewhere and poison you. would be difficult to prove

Just a quick question on these blockers. I have a tracker in my car placed by my family to stop me from seeing the man I love as he is of another religion. I want to use these blockers but I dont want them to see that I’ve switched the tracker off or disabled it. The tracker I have in my Merc is one that shows them my wereabouts exactly via internet reports. However if I get a blocker will the internet reports show that I have switched the tracker off or will it show the device as “inactive” or “out of signal”
This is not what I am hoping for I would like something that I can just plug in to disable it but not actually show that its disabled or disconnected on the internet reports they have to view.
Is this possilble?

This would be great to use in those crazy liberal states such as Oregon that are getting ready to tax everyone for driving. Their little mileage machines that they will force everyone to install in their cars use GPS.
March 12th, 2009 at 4:10 am
Issen’t the same as guns don’t kill people, people kill people???
Same here, if you want some peace and quite arround you, you can use this.
If you wanna jack a car with this you can do that also.
Same with stuff from Kitchen nives to Nucliar missiles.
Think about it ok.
And if you do not want your car to be stolen, sell it.

I got a my jammer/s from jizneyworld. The site seems to be down at the moment . The service was quick and they answered all my questions. They told me that I would need both a gsm and a gps jammer as the system installed in my work car used gsm as a way of updating my whereabouts to my boss. The gps jammer would stop the tracker from logging my whereabouts but the gsm module could still track me.
Only downside is I can’t use my phone or my sat nav in the car. But atleast I know when they’re not working I can’t be tracked.
March 17th, 2009 at 7:27 am
is there any way to find out whose tracking you we need a device that will send a signal back to them and fry there system once and for all. i am being harassed by one of these systems

As a Jewess in the US, I am OUTRAGED that Wisconsin “police” can put GPS trackers on ANYONE’S car for ANY reason! Maybe this device will help PROTECT the innocent!

Ask the people of Madison, WI how they feel about something like this now that the police there are allowed to legally track with no warrant or cause.

Chill, folks, Obama is wachin’ out fer ye!
July 28th, 2009 at 8:16 pm
As a Jewess in the US, I ask: WHAT is Hussein Obama HIDING? Doesn’t matter! TOO LATE NOW! There are now some constitutional/legislative “theologians” who say that even IF the DemocRAT votes COULD be found to impeach him, that Obama is legally UNIMPEACHABLE, if in fact he is not a natural-born American. They say that, because then he would never have been eligible to hold the office in the first place, and so is NOT the President, and thus CANNOT be impeached! The Articles simply would NOT APPLY to him, any more than they would to you or me. Meanwhile, he occupies the White House, sitting around smoking cigars, drinking Crown Royal, and flitting about on Air Force One. If true, HOW would he be removed from the White House? Perhaps via an ordinary EVICTION process? Don’t let the media bury this story! -Wendy Weinbaum

August 27th, 2009 at 7:31 pm
this is a good product for everyone to know about ,just too much politics and everything today ,, you know if they make one report,it is false & only used so that they can use the police department, so that the bad guys can keep up with you, through the police department ,and they just don’t get it .and things are getting worse every day ,just like all the foreigners owning all the convenience stores, with all the sickness today ,and diseases ,it doesn’t really surprise me ,what we need to realise ,is that it is in the smaller sector ,which makes me worried about the children’s food in schools . Think you Zefrey Love
