Hitachi W51H (japan only)
Jan 19, 2007 gps navigation, phones

A service provider in Japan is adding the Hitachi W51H clamshell GPS phone to its lineup. What makes the Hitachi W51H look so sexy is its large 2.9″ screen that can support 480 x 800 pixels resolution. That’s probably bigger than your Nano and digital camera combined!
Since Hitachi’s audience with W51H is business customers they also threw in a fingerprint scanner for extra safety. But it is not all work and no play. You’ll also find a 2 MP camera with LED Flash. It takes microSD cards in addition to 30MB of flash memory onboard.
The GPS receiver works with a special software that not only gives voice commands but also accepts them. So you can say your address or destination name and it will automatically get the directions for you.
Nope, it will never ever make it to U.S. Live with it.
