MP-ON GPS what?

This doesn’t look like anything we’ve seen before and the auto-translation from the Korean source is no use. It sounds like some sort of toll road payment system from the few words that actually got translated. So if you can read Korean please help us translate what this is. (no need to register to leave comment)

UPDATE: We have some more info: The actual name of this product is MPEON Hi-Pass Set-110 and it is designed to be used in Korean highways as an automatic payment system like we mentioned. You can see more about it here.

    The GPS is an optional add on that gives warning of all fixed speed cameras, with the appropriate speed limit.
