i-mate K-Jar to integrate GPS

i-Mate’s roadmap somehow leaked out and it turns out they’re planning to release a new phone named i-mate K-Jar that is supposed to have quad band GSM/GPRS/Edge with Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system for Pocket PCs.

It measures 113 x 67.3 x 19.7 millimeters, uses a Texas Instruments 200 OMAP processor at 850Mhz, has 64MB of RAM, 128 MB of ROM and a MiniSD card slot. Other features include Wi-fi, Bluetooth v1.2, 2MP digital camera, and a sharp 2.8 inch TFT screen that can support 65K colors. External screen supports OLED colors at 93 x 39 pixels.
