PNV-401 GPS Navigator
Published on December 5th, 2006 in gps navigation
PNV-401 GPS Navigator will be featured at CES 2007 in Las Vegas. It runs Windows CE 5.0 on an AMD Alchemy AU1200 processor and has 128MB of DDR2 SDRAM. What’s nice is you also a get a 20GB HDD on this relatively small gadget. The 4″ wide touchscreen TFT LCD can play MP4/WMA, and MP3 files too. As if a 20GB HDD was not enough, they also threw in an SD slot for whatever you may want to do with it.
It uses SiRF Star III chipset and of course has a rechargeable Li-Ion battery on board. There are a couple of on-board stereo speakers and the unit comes with car mounting kit.
Price and availability should be more clear after CES 2007.
