Car Trek 400s
Nov 21, 2006 gps navigation

Well we were wrong. We said GP75 from China would probably never make it to US or Europe but Car Trek of UK apparently decided to import some of these and but their their own logo on it. They called it CarTrek 400s. Note that there is nothing wrong with that. We love to have these Asian gadgets travel west and create some competition for the big guys dominating Europe and North America.
Anyhow, the CarTrek 400s comes in two colors, cool black and obnoxious pink and sell for £250 ($475). Included in the price is full street level maps of Europe with speed camera locations for UK and Ireland. When you purchase you also get 1 year free updates to the speed camera locations as well as free technical support and 2 years of warranty.
The maps, and camera locations come in two SD cards; a 256MB card with UK maps and speed cameras and another 1GB card with whole of Western Europe maps and Speed Cameras.
