BenQ-Siemens is releasing a GPS enabled phone in China called the P51. The information we have on this is limited, so here is all we know so far:

  • 240 x 320 touchscreen display
  • 1.3-megapixel camera
  • 128MB RAM
  • 128MB Flash ROM
  • integrated GPS
  • 802.11b/g Wi-Fi
  • VoIP
  • MMC card slot
  • Bluetooth
  • USB 2.0 connectivity

It should cost around $825.
