LAN-SD460 specs revealed
Published on November 19th, 2006 in gps navigation
LG is quite new in the GPS navigation market and they already have a couple of nice systems (LAN-SD460, N1TGOOK-K1) available for the Asian market. LAN-SD460 is one of those, and we were able to get the specs and some new pics for you this time:
- OS: Microsoft Windows CE (ver 5.0)
- CPU: Atlas-II (ARM 926EJ), 276MHz
- ROM: 32MB NAND Flash
- RAM: 64MB SDRAM
- Display: 4.1″ TFT LCD (320 x 240 QVGA)
- GPS: SiRF Star III
- Storage: SD card (2GB included)
- PC interface: USB 1.1
- Battery: Rechargeable Li-Ion 1700mAh
- Dimensions: 130 x 91 x 16.8 mm
- Weight: 238 grams
The LAN-SD460 is also a T-DMB receiver meaning you can watch lots of Korean TV from the comfort of your own driver’s seat. Putting a T-DMB receiver into nav systems is not a new thing for Koreans, but putting a steering wheel remote is. The remote is retro-fit; so you just attach it to almost anything including your finger. We suggest you put it on the steering wheel though. With the remote you can switch between navigation and DMB channels, control the volume, and zoom in and out of the map.
LAN-SD460 can play audio files, and display images too.
