Sanyo NV-SD10DT GPS with TV tuner
Published on November 11th, 2006 in gps navigation
Sanyo of Japan just introduced a new navigation system called NV-SD10DT which has a 4.5″ inch touchscreen and integrates a TV tuner as well. It comes with a 1GB SD card pre-loaded with maps and millions of POI’s, a 1-watt built-in speaker for voice guidance.
There’s also something called an “Echo Drive II” system which complains when you drive your car not so efficiently such as accelerating too fast or sudden breaks.
The TV tuner is a good idea since most countries (except South Korea) still not have adapted the DMB broadcasting which seems to be the way of the future.
Sanyo NV-SD10DT is expected to cost around ¥91,350 ($776) and be available near the end of this month in Japan.
