Panasonic today introduced two new ToughBooks, the CF-19 (tablet PC) and CF-30 (pictured above). Both come equipped with Intel Core Duo processors, and optional embedded access to next-generation wireless data networks as well as the optional embedded GPS option. In addition, these MIL-SPEC-certified notebooks incorporate daylight-readable screens and the rugged features—such as magnesium alloy cases, sealed keyboards and ports, flexible internal connectors and shock-mounting—that ultimately deliver the highest levels of reliability in the industry.

Both of the new Toughbooks will be available December this year. The base model CF-30 will be available at an estimated street price of $4,700. The estimated street price for a base model Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 will be $4,200.
