Naviem is the latest PMP with GPS navigation from Korea. Looks like Koreans also found a name for these kind of devices: DMB MultiNavigation! Excuse our lack of Korean staff members here at Navigadget but here is what we can tell – The Naviem MD-7100A is firstly a GPS navigation system that uses Gini maps. Not sure what kind of GPS chip they’re using but they were smart enough to place the receiver facing the sky, at the back of the device.

Naviem comes with a DMB receiver, but you’ll have to plug-in an external antenna to receive good quality picture. The software allows you to display picture-in-picture so the chances of getting lost while watching your favorite Korean comedy show is minimal.

There is a free SD/MMC slot on the MD-7100A so feel free to bring any kind of media files along with you because Naviem put in almost every player you could think of. The TFT LCD touch screen measures 7 inches diagonally so even your back seat passengers can comfortably see what is going on.

The car cradle, and the DMB antenna are included in your purchase.
