cyberdrive NMD 35 bringing satellite navigation to the masses
Jul 24, 2006 gps navigation

The CyberDrive NMD 35 is a fully functional satellite navigation system from Germany that costs less than £200 (appx. US $370 ). You may think it is going to lack bunch of functionality at that price range but think again. It comes with full multimedia support; you can play MP4 movies, listen to MP3’s or WAV files and display images. It comes with a SD/MMC slot so you can carry all these media files to and from your PC. It also comes with integrated speakers for voice guided navigation and 64 MB of SDRAM. The only downside maybe the fact that it uses the old 16 channel Nemerix GPS chip, but we doubt you could tell the difference.
The NMD 35 measures 118,2 x 81 x 29 mm and weighs 192 g. It will be availabe through amazon.de in the winter.
