SA-SFT 3.5 inch Display from NEC for navigation systems

NEC will introduce a new SA-SFT (Super-Advanced Super Fine TFT) 3.5″ display with a QVGA resolution during the SID2006. This display offers a viewing angle of 170 degrees and a contrast ratio of 500:1.
