TomTom One GPS SatNav Device Review

This GPS satellite navigation unit is slimmer, lighter and $100 cheaper than its Go 300 counterpart. So why would you choose the Go over the One? That’s the question we were left to ponder after testing the impressive performance (it also has a faster processor than the Go 300) and user-friendliness of the One.
It should serve as the natural successor to the Go, but TomTom tells us that’s not the case. Instead, it sits as the entry-level model that’s superior to the 300 in many ways, yet is cheaper. Even the GPS receiver is new with improved tracking.
Setting this conundrum aside, TomTom has delivered another winning all-in-one navigation device with a touch-screen interface that’s simple to use and with no external buttons. The onscreen graphics are clear in most day- and night-time conditions and the windscreen suctioned mount is as solid as they come.
