Marbella of Taiwan has a new GPS navigation system in their lineup called NAV-8800. It has the slightly bigger screen at 4 inches and uses the super sensitive SiRF Star III GPS receiver.

NAV-8800 is quite multi-purpose offering various entertainment features such as photo album, a MP3 player, and a movie player. But the most exciting of it all is the built-in 2 megapixel digital camera – in case you don’t have one on your cell phone.

It doesn’t end here though. NAV-8800 also provides an AV-in interface. You can enjoy watching digital TV with the optional DVB-T box too. There’s also the support for rear view cameras.

G-Sol Technology from Taiwan now offers the Marbella NAV 5210 GPS Navigator. This generic looking navigator features auto-routable, turn-by-turn, voice-prompted navigation with automatic off-route and detour recalculation, same features offered in almost every navigator nowadays. But the NAV 5210 adds a little extra, it also incorporates MPEG4 for MP3 support as multimedia support with its SD / MMC slots. We’re not sure if anyone offers this in North America.

GPS: This GPS navigation system offers you real-time tracking and guidance, point-to-point routing, voice-prompted driving directions, turn-by-turn directions, one- touch re-route; address, intersection and points of interest search; save your favorite address and destinations for easy navigation fast zoom and more.

MPEG4: Download your favorite film off the internet, and watch the video with audio soundtrack in the 3.5″ TFT LCD screen and built-in speaker or extended stereo earphone.

MP3: You can shuffle, repeat, and tone control (treble and bass) and let you play hundred of favorite songs in your way. You can also arrange all of your favorite songs by artist, title, or in personalized play lists.

Digital photo: Easy to download photos via SD slot, you can easily view the pictures in thumbnail view and use buttons to zoom pictures.
